Compress creator files for strict upload limits

Upload limits can interrupt a simple review workflow. The fastest fixes are usually shorter clips, smaller dimensions, lower audio bitrate, and image formats that match the content.

Video size basics

For drafts, reducing resolution to 720p and using a more compact quality preset can cut file size while keeping the clip readable. Keep an original copy before making a smaller version.

Image size basics

WebP is often efficient for thumbnails and screenshots. JPEG is useful for photos. PNG is best when crisp edges or transparency matter, but it may not shrink as much as WebP.

Private workflow

A browser-based converter is helpful when the draft is not ready for a public upload or external processing service. Select a local file, create a smaller version, then share only the result you choose.
