Built for private creator workflows

Private Creator Converter is for files already on your computer: WEBM recordings from OBS, browser captures, short drafts, thumbnails, and image exports. The conversion runs inside your browser tab, so the file does not need to be sent to a server.

Formats in this MVP

The tools cover WEBM to MP4, WEBM to MP3, image compression, metadata removal, batch image compression, Discord-size video drafts, and MP3 conversion from your own local media files.

Good fits

Use it for local creator files, quick publishing prep, and privacy-sensitive drafts. Very large videos can take time because your browser is doing the work without a backend queue.

FAQ

Local conversion basics

Are my files uploaded?

No. The tools run in your browser. Files are selected from your device and converted locally.

Why does the first video conversion take longer?

The app loads ffmpeg.wasm only when it is needed. After it loads, your browser performs the conversion.

Can I use this for copyrighted material?

Only convert files you own, created, or have permission to process.

What happens with very large files?

Large video files can be slow or fail if the browser runs out of memory. Short creator clips work best.
